Adam Laser is a real person with real solutions—someone who has stood in the gap during the most vulnerable moments of people’s lives. 

“I want to ensure that I am doing my part to educate others so that those gaps are as small as possible.” 

With over two decades in law enforcement, Adam has spent twenty-two years operating where the theoretical meets the tactical. Currently serving as a Patrol Supervisor on the Midnight Shift, he is also a hostage negotiator and former Hostage Negotiation Commander—a career defined by the hours most people never see.

At Laser Consulting & Training LLC, we don’t just study safety and threat assessments; we live them. Every day, we engage in emergency response, crime scene analysis, and risk mitigation. Our goal is simple yet profound: to be the calm within the storm, ensuring that when you go home at night, you know your environment is truly secure.

Based on the Mason-Dixon line in Southern Pennsylvania, Laser Consulting & Training LLC was founded to serve local businesses, schools, and organizations with insight that corporate firms simply cannot manufacture. We treat your safety as a personal mission—because this is our community too.
